Matthew McCrystal oversees the daily operations of Design for Recovery, helping ensure every residence provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment. He brings both professional leadership and lived recovery experience to his role.
What We Offer
Employment Support
For many residents, going back to work is the first concrete sign that things are shifting. We help with the practical side (resumes, interviews, job searching) and back it with daily accountability that keeps the process moving.
Life and Recovery Skills

12-Step Programming
Our houses are structured around 12-Step principles. We support residents in finding a sponsor, attending meetings, and applying those values in daily life, not treating them as separate.
