Leadership Built on Experience & Community
Recovery is strengthened through connection, accountability, and shared experience. At Design for Recovery, our leadership team understands the importance of building a supportive community where residents can grow with confidence. Every decision, from the homes we create to the standards we uphold, is guided by a commitment to helping individuals establish healthy routines and lasting recovery.
Founded by David Beasley, whose own long-term recovery journey inspired Design for Recovery, the organization has helped countless men build meaningful lives in sobriety. Many former residents have gone on to become mentors, open sober living homes, and pursue careers supporting others in recovery, reflecting the lasting impact of a strong recovery community.
